Short Title:	The Maharashtra Housing (Regulation and Development) Act, 2012
Long Title:	An Act to regulate and promote the construction, sale, management and transfer of flats on the ownership basis in the State of Maharashtra and to establish the Housing Regulatory Authority and Housing Appellate Tribunal and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
