24-12-2024	The powers conferred on them under sections 36 and 36A of the said Code with regard to granting prior approval for sale or transfer of possession of land up to a maximum of three areas of tribals to non-tribals for erection and installation of mobile towers shall also apply to the Divisional Commissioners of the concerned departments, subject to the general or special orders issued by the Government in this regard from time to time.	मोबाईल टॉवर उभारणी आणि स्थापनेसाठी आदिवासींच्या जास्तीत जास्त तीन क्षेत्रांपर्यंतच्या जागेची विक्री किंवा भोगवटा बिगर आदिवासींना हस्तांतरण करण्यासाठी पूर्व मंजुरी देण्याबाबत, सदर संहितेच्या कलम ३६ आणि ३६अ अंतर्गत त्यांना देण्यात आलेले अधिकार संबंधित विभागाच्या विभागीय आयुक्तांना देखील या संदर्भात सरकारने वेळोवेळी जारी केलेल्या सामान्य किंवा विशेष आदेशांच्या अधीन राहून लागू होतील.
