03-06-2013	In exercise of powers conferred by sub section (1) and (2) of section 16 appointments of Child marriage Prohibition Officers.	बाल हक्क संरक्षण आयोग अधिनियम,2005 (2006 चा 4) याच्या कलम 36 ची पोट कलमे (१) व (२) याव्दारे अधिकाराचा वापर करुन बाल विवाह प्रतिबंध अधिकारी नियुक्त.
18-08-2016	In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) and (3) of the Section 16 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act,2006 appionts the Child Development Project Officers (Urban) to be Child Marriage Prohibition Officers and also appoints the Anganwadi Supervisiors to assist the CMPO.	बालविकास प्रकल्प अधिकारी (नागरी) यांना बाल विवाह प्रतिबंध अधिकारी याव्दारे नियुक्त करीत आहे. उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम 16 च्या पोट कलम (२) च्या प्रयोजनासाठी बाल विवाह प्रतिबंध अधिका-याला बालविकास प्रकल्प (नागरी) या अंतर्गत नेमलेल्या अंगणवाडी पर्यवेक्षिकांचीदेखील नियुक्ती करीत आहे.
