| Long Title: | THE MIZORAM (RESTRICTION ON USE OF TRANSFERRED LANDS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023 (Act No. 1 of 2023) Further to amend the Mizoram (Restriction on use of Transferred Lands) Act, 2002. It is enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Mizoram in the Seventy fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows: - 1. Short title, extent and commencement: (1) This Act may be called the Mizoram (Restriction on use of Transferred Lands) (Amendment) Act, 2023. (2) It extends to the whole of Mizoram. (3) It shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette. |
