| Long Title: | THE SINLUNG HILLS COUNCIL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023 AN ACT to amend the Sinlung Hills Council Act, 2018 (Act No. 6 of 2023) It is enacted by the General Council of the Sinlung Hills Council with the approval of the Government of Mizoram in the Seventy-Fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement: (1) This Act may be called the Sinlung Hills Council (Amendment) Act, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. |
