Long Title:	An Act to make special provisions for promotion and operation of irrigation projects, command area development and schemes for generation of hydro-electric energy to harness the water of Krishna River allocated to the State of Maharashtra under the Krishna Water Disputes Tribunal Award and other allied and incidental activities including flood control in the Krishna River Valley by establishing the Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation.
