27-09-2017	The Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 (Mah. XVIII of 2000), exempted the premises belonging to Shankar Maharaja Vanjari Dharmashala Trust, Pandharpur, District Solapur (hereinafter referred to as “the said Trust”) from all the provisions of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999
09-03-2018	After the preamble of the Maharashtra Rent Control Competent Authority, Officers and Employees (Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “ principal Rules ”), the words “ DRAFT RULES ” shall be deleted.
12-03-2018	These rules may be called the Lower Grade Stenographer, Group-B (Non-Gazetted), Process-Server, Group-C and Clerk-Typist, Group-C (Recruitment) Rules, 2018.
