| Long Title: | An Act to provide for the ownership of an individual apartment in a building together with an undivided interest in the common areas and facilities appurtenant to such apartment and to make such apartment and interest heritable and transferable. Whereas it is expedient to provide in the State of Meghalaya for the ownership of an individual apartment in a building together with an undivided interest in the common areas facilities appurtenant to such apartment, and to make such apartment and interest heritable and transferable and for enforcement of obligations on promoters and apartment owners and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Meghalaya in the Sixty seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:- |
